There's nothing here!

MATT: I started this blog as a way to cope with the loneliness that clouded my life since losing my wife. Writing gave my grief somewhere to go on days when the house felt too quiet. This isn't a place with answers or a plan for healing. It's a collection of small reflections, gentle practices, and journaling prompts for the mornings that begin too slowly and the nights that stretch too long. I share them in case they keep someone else company. If you're grieving someone you love, you're welcome here. Take what helps, leave the rest, and go at your own pace. Gentle mornings. Quiet nights. And still, here.
